Proc., §§ 624, 625) and (2) a judgment of nonsuit after opening statement (Code Civ. Proc., § 581c) in favor of defendant Bell Petroleum Company, a corporation. In addition, plaintiffs seek appellate review of orders of the court below which determined costs. Such appellate review may be pursued. (Code Civ. Proc., § 904.1, subds. (a), (b).)
