Before EDWARDS, WEICK and KEITH, Circuit Judges Order Upon consideration of the briefs, record and arguments of counsel, we are of the opinion that the decision of the Secretary in denying Supplemental Security Income benefits to plaintiff-appellant is not supported by substantial evidence. The judgment of the district court affirming such action by the Secretary is reversed and remanded with instructions to the Secretary to allow such benefits to the plaintiff-appellant.
